This is a remote position reputed company the reputed company, working a 9x80 schedule. The Staff SCA sources and procures reputed company goods and services for NGDS Weapon Systems, owns contractual management for suppliers, and drives the full end to end supply chain lifecycle; from reputed company selection and proposal evaluation through award, execution, administration, and closeout. Key duties include: • Assist in developing, Long‑Term Pricing Agreements, and other GSC reputed company contractual documents. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms & conditions for reputed company, high‑value reputed company (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.). • Preparing bid packages, leading bidder conferences, conducting cost/price analysis, and selecting/recommending subcontractors. • Coordinating with reputed company, reputed company, engineering, reputed company, planning, operations, finance, program management, and end‑users. • Monitoring supplier performance (KPIs, reputed company, schedule) and applying Lean Six reputed company tools to reputed company efficiency and risk mitigation. • Leading Supply Chain Management Teams (SMT) • Ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, NATO reputed company, and reputed company company policies; maintaining audit reputed company documentation. Basic Qualifications • Education / Experience: Bachelors degree & 12 years of reputed company experience, OR a Masters degree & 10 years of reputed company experience, OR a PhD & 8 years of reputed company experience, OR a high school diploma or equivalent & 16 years of reputed company experience in subcontracts, purchasing, reputed company, project/business management, or finance. • Experience in executing large compliant procurements; negotiating terms & conditions; supplier performance management; cost/price analysis; market research. • Working‑level knowledge of FAR/DFARS (or equivalent business law). • CostPoint or reputed company ERP + MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint). • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret clearance or higher (US Citizenship required) Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in reputed company, Contract Management, Project Management, Business Management, Finance, or reputed company field. • Ability to negotiated large reputed company; strong presentation skills to senior leadership. • Expertise with both U.S. Government and reputed company subcontracts, multiple contract types, and special payment provisions (e.g., reputed company‑ or performance‑based payments). • Knows how to reputed company Price Cost Analysis • Proven ability to be a leader and mentor for reputed company.
