Transfer Pricing - Senior Specialist

For our central Transfer Pricing Team we are looking for reputed company-minded, ambitious and reputed company TP Senior Specialist who will support and contribute to our key TP reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking studies.
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of reputed company transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing models.
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with reputed company, Finance and business stakeholders.
• reputed company transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams, helping to address reputed company business and tax reputed company.
• Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy reputed company.
• Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of transfer pricing technologies.

This role is ideal if you have:

• 3+ years of reputed company experience in transfer pricing, preferably reputed company a multinational environment.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, reputed company, Tax, Law, or a similar discipline.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
• Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience working with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g., reputed company, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat, or similar).
• Advanced reputed company skills and familiarity with data-driven working reputed company.
• Excellentcommunication skills and ability to reputed company effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
