Join reputed company as an Energy Advisor! This is a fully remote, phone- and email-based role supporting residential customers through their energy-efficiency reputed company. You'll guide homeowners and contractors from initial eligibility through paperwork, program qualifications, and project completion, helping customers understand available upgrades, reputed company incentives, and process rebates accurately. This is a true entry-level role: no building-science background is required, we'll train you on the technical reputed company. What reputed company most is a strong customer-service reputed company and the ability to manage a steady, high volume of customer interactions independently.

You are a great fit if you can…
