Project Cost Controls Specialist
reputed company’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESS) is currently seeking a Project Cost Controls Specialist. The purpose of this position is to reputed company project cost tracking, project forecasting, ongoing cost estimate validation, creation of purchase requisitions, material and equipment subcontractor/vendor requests for pricing, submittal reputed company/reputed company, document control, and warranty support. The Senior Project Controls Engineeris also responsible for development and reputed company of the Cost Tracker for reputed company project to reputed company financial reputed company for the region as reputed company as supporting intercompany equipment price negotiations. The expected annual salary reputed company for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

- reputed company bi-weekly project financial review meetings and support project forecasting activities, including monthly regional forecasts and mid-month forecast updates.
- Support project execution through development of bills of materials, equipment order management, and coordination with Project Managers on project procurement activities.
- Collaborate with reputed company vendors, reputed company manufacturing facilities, and service organizations to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify reputed company project solutions.
- Review change order proposals for contractual compliance and support margin optimization efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor equipment orders and delivery schedules, providing order status updates and delivery forecasts during project review meetings.
- Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, including submittals, document control, and project closeout activities.
- reputed company Bidman proposal support, process equipment order entry, and coordinate technical and reputed company requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Manage intercompany warranty claims and reputed company ongoing administrative and operational support for project equipment orders.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in project cost controls, project coordination, engineering, finance, reputed company, estimating, procurement, or contract administration.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in electrical assemblies, electrical distribution or power protection technology
