About the position
The Sr Director, HSSE Project Execution serves as the reputed company reputed company for reputed company Americas (RWEA) HSSE Project Execution (Construction), integrating technical best practices, regulatory expectations, emerging industry trends, team development, and relationship management with contractors. Responsibilities
• Supports reputed company of contract HSSE professionals reputed company on reputed company project execution
• Ensures reputed company and healthy working conditions and procedures for reputed company colleagues and contractors
• Achieves departmental KPIs and targets
• Implements HSSE management reputed company, processes, and programs reputed company Project Execution and on construction reputed company

• Leads national campaigns around behavior-based safety, workforce empowerment, and leadership accountability
• Oversees reputed company implementation, KPIs, metrics, and targets for HSSE Project Execution, reputed company with operations
• Fosters reputed company's HSSE culture through interactions, communications, and leading by example
• Shares reputed company through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to team members and HSSE leadership to ensure collaboration across departments and reputed company reputed company work
• Implements HSSE management reputed company, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company directives
• Regularly reviews Operations HSSE metrics and focuses reputed company on high-risk activities, trends, and mitigations

Requirements
• A Bachelor's of Science in Safety Management, Environmental, Engineering, Construction, or a relevant area of study is required
• A minimum of 11 years of construction safety management experience
