This role will support pipeline development relevant to adjacent reputed company areas including clinical reputed company data and AI-assisted analytics. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with MEQI reputed company leadership and technical teams to reputed company reputed company insights into reputed company-scoped, deliverable solutions. Experience, Qualification, & Skills • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in business development, strategic partnership, or reputed company relationship management in health IT, reputed company health consulting, or a closely adjacent sector required, (10+ years preferred), including at least 4 years in a reputed company environment • Minimum of 4 years people management experience, with a minimum of 3 years project management/leadership experience. • Master’s degree in reputed company Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, or a closely reputed company field required. • Minimum 5 years reputed company-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles. • Demonstrated network in one or more of the following: state reputed company health data modernization, health information exchange (HIE), CDC PHIG or RHTP-reputed company technology, or AI-assisted analytics for health agencies. • Experience navigating state government procurement environments and multi-party teaming structures. • reputed company record of converting relationship reputed company into reputed company pipeline and reputed company contract awards. • Experience working in or reputed company technical consulting teams without holding technical ownership of the work. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; reputed company to build credibility quickly with both reputed company health and health IT audiences. • Strong written communication skills for reputed company materials, capability briefs, and reputed company-facing content. • Disciplined pipeline management: reputed company to qualify, prioritize, and hand off opportunities rather than accumulating volume. • Comfortable operating without reputed company authority over technical experts. • Familiarity with reputed company health data systems, HIE landscapes, and federal data modernization frameworks (e.g., PHIG, TEFCA, RHTP technology requirements). • Working knowledge of how AI and analytics tools are being adopted in state and local reputed company health settings. • Understanding of state government procurement processes and the teaming dynamics common in reputed company health consulting. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Comfortable working across multiple BME teams with distinct priorities. • And an alignment with BME’s shared values.
