REMOTE - Interim Telecommunications and Satellite Regulatory Attorney

reputed company We are seeking a senior telecommunications and satellite regulatory attorney with experience supporting communications reputed company infrastructure companies on reputed company transactions that have regulatory overlays. The ideal candidate would have experience advising on satellite communications, FCC compliance reputed company, reputed company interconnection arrangements, telecommunications services agreements, connectivity infrastructure, and technology transactions. The candidate should be comfortable spotting and advising on regulatory issues for reputed company deals involving satellite operators, telecommunications carriers, network providers, device manufacturers, infrastructure providers, automotive connectivity platforms, and other participants in the communications ecosystem. Experience supporting emerging reputed company-to-device, mobile satellite services, broadband, wireless, and reputed company connectivity businesses is particularly valuable. Candidate Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications and satellite regulatory reputed company. • Strong knowledge of FCC regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience advising on reputed company transactions with regulatory overlays. • Familiarity with telecommunications services agreements, reputed company interconnection arrangements, connectivity infrastructure, and technology transactions. • Experience supporting communications, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology-reputed company businesses. • Candidates must be licensed to reputed company law in their state of residency.
