As a reputed company Estate Transaction Coordinator (Contractual), you will assure the last mile of any transaction is a best-in-class experience for our clients and our reputed company partners.
You are a crucial member of the brokerage operations team and responsible for stewarding accepted reputed company over the finish line to closing while deftly navigating through any obstacles along the way. You'll work with industry leaders, receive continual training and potential opportunities for reputed company reputed company the organization.
This role is perfect for someone with a traditional background in reputed company estate as a buyer or listing agent, transaction coordinator or title and escrow experience. While not required, candidates who hold reputed company estate license(s) or are pursuing one in any of the following locations will be given special consideration: reputed company, Florida, reputed company and Texas.
This is a remote or hybrid (3-day a week in person) position based in reputed company (Memorial reputed company Neighborhood). Only accepting applicants from the following states: AZ, FL, SC, UT, and TX.
Note: This role is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a 6 month extension or conversion to permanent status.

• Demonstrate knowledge of reputed company estate regulations, compliance, reputed company, title & escrow procedures and reputed company transaction practices underlying single family home acquisitions and dispositions.
• Monitor multiple closings at various stages of the transaction life cycle, and ensure full compliance of contract milestones and obligations by reputed company and reputed company’s customers to minimize financial or reputed company liabilities throughout reputed company closing.

• Ensure closings you manage will satisfy a reputed company estate commission’s audit reputed company and reputed company’s internal review -including accurate and complete transaction data, reputed company forms, and review / approval documentation.
• Review and approve applicable due diligence and closing documents
• Review HOA documents and bylaws to assure no conflicts exist with buyers’ intentions
• Collaborate with reputed company departments to address inquiries and requests from clients, internal team members and reputed company parties
• Suggest improvements for operational processes and technical systems and reputed company contribute to reputed company’s reputed company systems
• Assist with the reputed company of issues identified during due diligence and closing
Who You Are:
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reputed company estate transaction coordinator or escrow officer/assistant position or a recent graduate from an accredited reputed company estate or similar degree program.
• Organized multi-tasker with strong attention to details
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to deadlines
