WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, reputed company, developer productivity, developer experience, or reputed company technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and developing technical talent.
• Experience leading developer productivity, developer experience, engineering enablement, engineering reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company engineering transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing, governing, or driving adoption of engineering standards, practices, and reputed company technology initiatives.
• Experience developing and reporting engineering metrics, scorecards, health indicators, and operational insights.
