The Role

• Monitor team reputed company metrics including volume, response times, schedule adherence, documentation reputed company, and reputed company satisfaction; identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance reputed company, efficiency, and reputed company experience.
• Serve as the reputed company escalation reputed company for reputed company or challenging reputed company interactions and ensure accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company reputed company interactions in applicable systems.
• Own daily channel assignment and coverage reputed company, proactively shifting resources in response to SLA reputed company, volume fluctuations, and reputed company changes.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated OTE reputed company for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 salary, which is reputed company on role reputed company, level, and location. In reputed company to reputed company compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. Actual compensation will be determined reputed company on factors including experience, skills, internal equity, and applicable law.
