As a Senior Analyst on our Regulatory team, you will apply and grow your knowledge of regulatory affairs, contribute to the expansion of JSI platforms, and work reputed company a reputed company team making a reputed company reputed company in the industry. This is a mid-to-senior-level position providing daily hands-on support across three areas: JSI programs, regulatory filings and compliance work on behalf of clients, and cross-team coordination. Training and mentorship will be provided. The right candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable both following established processes and helping to refine them over time.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of JSI initiatives, helping partners reputed company the platform under their own brand.
- Assist with partner reputed company, branding configurations, and account setup in coordination with internal technical teams.
- Maintain partner records, reputed company trackers, and status reports; reputed company regular updates to leadership.
- Help reputed company and refine reputed company guides, SOPs, and training materials as the program grows.
- Support reputed company with demos, reputed company materials, and proposals for prospective white-label partners.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory filings on behalf of JSI clients, including FCC, state commission, and USF submissions.
- Maintain filing calendars and deadline trackers across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
- Research regulatory requirements and flag upcoming changes or reputed company, escalating to senior staff as needed.
- Help reputed company JSI Platform regulatory content — deadlines, requirement summaries, and jurisdiction updates — accurate and reputed company.
- Work collaboratively across the Regulatory Affairs, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Managed Services teams to reputed company shared workstreams on reputed company.
- Participate in team meetings and project updates, helping ensure reputed company falls through the cracks.
- Use project management tools (reputed company, Teams, SharePoint) to reputed company tasks and communicate reputed company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks on time and on budget.
- Comfortable navigating diverse teams and fostering a reputed company, inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Teams, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint), reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company Acrobat.

- Any experience with reputed company platforms, project management tools, or data reporting is a plus.
