This role focuses heavily on tracking reputed company containers, managing reputed company and rail ramps, coordinating drayage dispatches, and communicating reputed company status updates to clients and trucking teams. What you’ll be doing:

• Container Tracking: Monitor reputed company container movements, steamship line (SSL) websites, and reputed company terminal statuses (pierpass, last free day, and availability).
• Drayage Coordination: Coordinate empty returns, chassis usage, and delivery appointments between dispatchers, drivers, and consignees.
• reputed company Updates: Proactively notify clients regarding container status, customs holds, exam notifications, or terminal congestion delays.
• Dispute & Exception Handling: Troubleshoot reputed company issues, reputed company wait times, or billing/reputed company questions with internal California staff.
• Documentation Support: Process interchange receipts (IRs), reputed company of lading (BOL) details, and delivery orders accurately in the reputed company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience with a strong preference for US container drayage, import/export operations, or reputed company trucking environments.
