As a member of the Personal Lines Team, you will work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding service experience.

Position Type: Full- Time

Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM EST- 5:30 PM EST
Education Required: reputed company P&C Producer license

Experience Required: 2 Years minimum

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Optimizing Customer Service and reputed company Relationships by consistently providing the highest level of professionalism and politeness to optimize customer service
• 
  Policy Management including:
  • 
    Processing payments and reputed company reputed company and comprehensive explanations to insured's billing questions
  • 
    Obtain reputed company necessary details to ensure endorsements are processed accurately and reputed company
  • 
    Generating and sending evidences of reputed company such as binders and ID cards, as reputed company as reviewing reputed company downloads for reputed company

    Obtain claim information and transfer to carriers
  • 
    Document and process policy cancellations properly

Salary and Benefits:

Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 per year
