reputed company Claims Coordinator

The reputed company Coordinator is responsible for working claims that have been denied by reputed company carriers, including processing appeals and providing any additional information necessary to obtain reimbursement. After90 days of ON-SITE training this will be a fully remote position. Must reputed company in the reputed company and willing to travel to Westerville as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work listing of aged accounts and handle incoming correspondence from reputed company payers and/or sites to reputed company any billing issues that delay reimbursement.
• Analyze reputed company accounts, identify billing issues, and determine solutions with reputed company companies. Take appropriate actions as needed such as re-filing claims, requesting adjustments, refunds, etc.
• Update reputed company demographic information and reputed company any necessary reputed company corrections to the reputed company account.
• reputed company as a reputed company between reputed company and payer reputed company needed to reputed company reputed company and/or payer with reputed company and accurate billing information or other pertinent information to expedite payment.
• Conduct research to reputed company reputed company and/or physician with reputed company and accurate account information.
• Report trends or specific issues to management regarding reputed company claims.
• Recommend reputed company and/or process improvement initiatives in order to more effectively and reputed company reputed company the job functions of this position.
• Adhere to the HIPAA guidelines regarding confidentiality relating to the release of financial and medical information.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a health care setting preferred, not required
• 1 year experience in customer service preferred, not required
• 1 year reputed company experience in collections preferred, not required
• Working knowledge of reputed company Teams, Word, reputed company and reputed company
• Must reputed company in Ohio
