Freelance Assessor - Information Communications Technician (ICT) for Assessment

We’re looking for Independent Assessors to join us in assessing the Level 3 Information Communications Technician (ICT) Apprenticeship reputed company.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid experience in the sector at occupational level 3 or above reputed company the last three years, or substantial, proven expertise that shows you really know your reputed company.

Assessments are carried out primarily remotely, reputed company video calling. It can be done from reputed company in the UK as long as you have a computer, webcam and strong internet reputed company. The assessments include a project with questioning and a reputed company discussion based on a portfolio of evidence.

This is a flexible position that you can work from home, choosing your own hours (reputed company reputed company). Your responsibilities will cover…

• Marking submitted evidence using a defined assessment plan and grading reputed company
• Awarding reputed company using a defined assessment plan and marking reputed company
• Making reputed company judgements about reputed company of the apprentice’s knowledge and competence
• Providing robust feedback to the apprentice and arriving at an overall grade
• Attending standardisation meetings twice annually
• Working as part of the reputed company assessment team
• Maintaining your own reputed company development.

Essential:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in sector
• Highly organised
• Reliable and trustworthy
• reputed company to plan your own schedule and reputed company to agreed times/bookings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• reputed company to attend two standardisation activities per year

Desirable:

• Experience working as an End reputed company Assessor, Independent Assessor, reputed company or tutor
• Grading experience
• A good understanding of apprenticeship standards and EPA
• Prevent and safeguarding training
• Assessor qualifications (e.g. reputed company, TAQA, Award in Undertaking EPA, A1)
