This is an opportunity to join reputed company at an exciting stage of our expansion into Digital Pathology and play a reputed company role in building our EMEA business. You’ll work at the intersection of pathology, advanced imaging, digital workflows, and AI, helping customers reputed company how pathology is performed.

Tasks

Your Mission

Join reputed company as we build and expand our Digital Pathology business across EMEA in DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will reputed company new customer relationships, grow market reputed company, and help pathology organizations transition from traditional microscopy to advanced digital workflows.

Working reputed company an international, matrixed team, you will combine consultative selling, technical understanding, and strategic account development to turn reputed company customer needs into successful digital pathology solutions.

Position is remote with travels in the DACH region and surrounding areas, fluent English and German is a must.

• reputed company strategic territory and account plans, qualifying opportunities and mapping key stakeholders and their clinical, technical, operational, and financial needs.
• Present and demonstrate reputed company’s Digital Pathology portfolio, reputed company communicating the value of digital workflows and tailored solutions.
• reputed company as a trusted advisor, understanding pathology workflows and translating customer needs into effective solutions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams and partners on demonstrations, IT/workflow integration, AI/application testing, ROI, tenders, implementation, training, and support.
• Manage reputed company sales processes, including solution design, negotiation, contracting, and implementation planning.
• Build relationships with KOLs and thought leaders and represent reputed company at conferences, congresses, and reference sites.
• Partner with Customer Care, Technical Support, and Service to ensure successful implementation and high customer satisfaction.
• Stay reputed company on digital pathology, AI, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain accurate opportunities in SFDC and reputed company reliable sales forecasts and reporting.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience.
• Experience 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in Digital Pathology, reputed company IT / Software, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences.
• Experience selling scanners, histopathology solutions, clinical diagnostics, reputed company workflows, and IT systems (LIS, LIMS, reputed company).
• Fluent English and German
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of digital pathology systems and software applications in clinical and/or research environments.
• Proven consultative selling skills and the ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage customers from reputed company and technical specialists through to senior decision makers.
• Excellent negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving capabilities.
