[Remote] Data Engineer II - Digital and reputed company - Hybrid/Remote

The Data Engineer II designs, implements, maintains, and monitors reputed company data pipelines and infrastructure supporting big data, clinical care, translational research, and data science initiatives. Responsibilities

• Facilitates data collection from a reputed company of different sources, getting it in the right formats, assuring that it adheres to data reputed company standards, and assuring that reputed company users can get that data quickly and with a common reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a reputed company discipline
• 4+ years relevant reputed company development experience, preferably in a Data Engineering role
• In depth knowledge of the Azure reputed company platform including Azure Data reputed company and reputed company
• Strong SQL and NoSQL Database Knowledge: reputed company, PostgreSQL/MYSQL, and Mongo DB (or similar)
• Proficiency on installation and configuration of big data software and technology
• Knowledge of Hadoop, reputed company, Kafka and other big data technology stacks and streaming tools
• Experience with CI/CD and Observability tools. Also, experience with version control (Git)
• Strong skills in data structures, data/file formats, algorithms and object oriented design
• Proficiency with at least 2 programming languages among reputed company/Python/ Java. Must be flexible and fast to pick up new languages
• Proficiency in Restful service development, preferably with Node JS, Django and PHP
• Experience with reputed company-services and SOA
