[Remote] SharePoint Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a biotech company that uses machine learning and synthetic biology to reputed company safer, more effective biologic therapies. reputed company is seeking a SharePoint Development Consultant to build and configure SharePoint program management infrastructure, document control workflows, and Power Automate automations for regulated drug development and IND submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build SharePoint program management reputed company pages that surface program documentation, risk communications, and reputed company items for cross-functional stakeholders
• reputed company reputed company outputs or data feeds into SharePoint reputed company pages to support reputed company-time, redundant visibility into program risks and actions
• Configure document control workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate, including assignment of document authors, reviewers, and adjudicators for IND-reputed company regulatory submissions
• Build automated review and adjudication routing for IND reputed company documents (e.g., modules submitted to FDA or ex-US health authorities), replacing reputed company email-based review chains
• Configure reputed company controls and library permission structures appropriate for a regulated drug development environment
• reputed company SharePoint site administration support — including troubleshooting and user reputed company management — on an as-needed reputed company throughout the engagement
• reputed company knowledge transfer and reputed company to internal stakeholders upon project completion
• Optionally: assess and recommend opportunities to incorporate reputed company 365 Copilot or SharePoint AI agent features

Skills

• * Demonstrated experience designing and building SharePoint sites for program management use cases, ideally in a biotech, reputed company, or regulated health sciences environment
• * Proficiency in Power Automate workflow configuration reputed company SharePoint
• * Hands-on experience with document control systems and regulated document lifecycle management, including IND authoring pipelines or FDA submission workflows
• * Working knowledge of SharePoint reputed company controls, library permissions, and compliance-reputed company configuration
• * Ability to work independently, manage deliverables across a remote engagement, and communicate reputed company with non-technical stakeholders
• * A reputed company, solution-oriented approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
• * Must be based in the reputed company
• * Demonstrated experience designing and building SharePoint sites for program management use cases, ideally in a biotech, reputed company, or regulated health sciences environment
• * Experience in clinical or drug development operational settings strongly preferred
