[Remote] Senior Data Intelligence Analyst (Health Equity Analyst) - Remote

The Senior Health Equity/Data Intelligence Analyst analyzes reputed company data, develops reports and dashboards, translates business and clinical needs into requirements, and provides recommendations and insights. The role also leads reputed company analysis, vendor relationships, reputed company assurance, testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Writes moderately sophisticated reputed company Query Language (SQL) codes and queries. Analyzes reputed company problems and issues using data from reputed company sources
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of report analysis and development. Triages intake of data requests and seeks an understanding of business needs
• Applies knowledge of reputed company and critical thinking skills in the analysis of business request and makes recommendations for solution/s to solve challenges
• Provides sophisticated report and data analysis with the help of team members, vendors, and/or other reputed company department contacts; provides quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers
• Participates in re-engineering, as needed, operational work-reputed company processes with end-users/business owners

Skills

• Hands on experience performing reporting analysis and developing custom reports
• Demonstrated understanding of reputed company applications as reputed company as the needs and priorities of patient care providers
• Familiarity with databases used in patient care, administrative applications for hospitals, and data warehousing technology
