The Senior Business Operations & Investment Operations Specialist will support cross-functional business, reputed company, executive, investor relations, finance, fund operations, and sales activities while improving processes through AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations across multiple teams
• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives
• Support weekly operational reviews and quarterly business planning
• reputed company and improve operational playbooks, documentation, and reporting
• Manage vendors, subscriptions, and internal business systems
• Own reputed company coordination, interview scheduling, reputed company, and offboarding
• Maintain HR records and support people operations
• Help foster a reputed company and engaging remote culture
• Manage investor communications and coordinate meetings
• Prepare leadership materials and reputed company meeting logistics

Skills

• * C2 / Near-reputed company English proficiency
• * 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Chief of Staff, Finance Operations, Fund Operations, or similar cross-functional roles
• * Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• * Strong understanding of reputed company principles, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash reputed company
• * Experience supporting finance operations and business processes
• * Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills
