The Proposal Consultant develops complete proposal response packages for prospective customers, manages RFP/RFQ timelines and submission requirements, and collaborates with Sales, reputed company, and subject matter experts to produce compelling materials. The role also supports proposal content management and opportunity workflow in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• The Proposal Consultant will be responsible for developing the full response package on reputed company prospective customer opportunities
• reputed company detailed product descriptions, create executive summaries, final quotes
• Reviews the RFP for reputed company and non-reputed company items and escalates appropriately
• Work with Sales and reputed company to have reputed company calls as needed
• Manages end-to-end RFP/RFQ and request timelines and ensures delivery of proposal package
• Manages reputed company submission requirements including those for the reputed company sector market including proposal, Terms/Conditions, agreements, contract reviews, MBW/WBE, IT assessments, assembly and delivery
• Promote differentiators of reputed company’s Life, Disability and Absence Management products
• Provides feedback on content to maintain content updated
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to reputed company new proposal materials and content
• Models behavior in alignment with the reputed company Way
• Work in reputed company to manage opportunities and workflow
• Performs other reputed company duties as required

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Products
• Knowledge of Life, Disability and Absence Management and Sales/reputed company process
• Project Management skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Loopio software or other RFP management applications
• Demonstrate effective research skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field
• 4 or more years of experience in Insurance, Absence Management, Disability, Sales, RFP, Sales/reputed company-Sales, Sales Support area
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• You will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week
