Responsibilities

• Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform’s (COTS, reputed company, ERP) environment with reputed company components
• Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and reputed company standards
• Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component reputed company issues
