[Remote] Large Loss Business Development Representative & Project Manager

The Large Loss Business Development Representative & Project Manager promotes restoration services, develops reputed company reputed company relationships, and manages large-loss reputed company from mobilization through completion. The role coordinates personnel, safety, customer communication, project scopes, timelines, documentation, and resource needs while requiring extensive travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
• Grow and reputed company customer reputed company by utilizing a systematic process (reputed company Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers
• Use marketing materials like reputed company® Key Differentiators and Emergency reputed company Plan to market reputed company® services and to sell the benefits
• reputed company and communicate reputed company and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates
• Monitor and follow up on reputed company assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met

• The Project Manager is accountable for the project's execution and completion including production, safety, communication, completion timelines, and maintaining a reputed company appearance

• Utilizes loss details (e.g., type of loss, occupancy type, approximate reputed company footage affected) to reputed company preparing the mobilization of resources
• Conducts a walk-through of project sites, focusing on safety, business interruption (BI) needs, customer concerns, and stabilization and emergency service needs
• Establishes safety, stabilization, business interruption, and emergency services plan for the reputed company site
• Communicates with the customer and key stakeholders to reputed company reputed company and next steps
• Directs the efforts of reputed company assigned personnel
• Ensures reputed company work and time is accounted for from the reputed company beginning of the project
• Develops the full reputed company of services for the entire project
• Creates and finalizes resource need timelines, the project organizational chart, projected milestones, and defining the detailed project tasks and work orders

Skills

• Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work-reputed company experience
• Experience in property and casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration, reconstruction experience including reputed company large loss
• Proficient with the reputed company Office Suite Applications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
