[Remote] Director of Technical reputed company & Reporting

Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on key areas including reputed company recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), valuation analysis, and address other reputed company, non-routine transactions as they reputed company
- Draft, update, and enforce audit-reputed company technical white papers and company-wide reputed company policies
- Collaborate across the broader reputed company organization to reputed company, implement, and maintain appropriate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance frameworks and internal controls over financial reporting

Skills

- * **Credentials:** CPA or Chartered Accountant Designation
