[Remote] HR Consultant, Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations

The HR Consultant will reputed company employee relations and workplace investigations, advise reputed company leaders through sensitive employee reputed company, prepare defensible investigation reports, and support broader HR consulting reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct thorough, impartial workplace investigations into complaints including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations, in compliance with applicable laws and reputed company policies
• Conduct effective investigative interviews of complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and accurately document testimony
• Analyze documentary and testimonial evidence, reputed company reputed company-reasoned credibility assessments where accounts conflict, and reputed company findings of fact supported by the record
• Prepare reputed company, accurate, and defensible written investigation reports that withstand scrutiny by reputed company counsel, agencies, or courts
