[Remote] State Expansion Project Manager

The State Expansion Project Manager leads strategic planning, governance, and execution of state expansion initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, executive leadership, regulatory activities, vendors, budgets, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and delivery of strategic state expansion initiatives
• reputed company and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource plans
• Partner with executive leadership to define expansion reputed company, priorities, launch readiness, and reputed company metrics
• reputed company cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company business areas complete required deliverables on schedule
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, project status meetings, and decision-making sessions
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints
• Coordinate regulatory filing activities with Compliance and reputed company while aligning operational readiness to approval timelines

• Support testing, operational readiness, training, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization activities
• Establish standardized project governance, documentation, templates, and best practices for reputed company state expansion efforts

Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience leading large, cross-functional reputed company initiatives
• Property & Casualty insurance experience required; state expansion or regulatory implementation experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and project management methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• State expansion or regulatory implementation experience strongly preferred
