[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst - REMOTE

The Senior Financial Analyst leads financial planning, evaluation, and analysis of corporate initiatives while supporting senior financial management and logistics leaders. The role focuses on forecasting, operational cost improvements, month-end reputed company, invoicing, financial training, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: To include forecasting, business planning and reputed company performance analysis
• Operational Initiatives: Work closely with Group Logistics Manager (GLM) and Logistics Manager (LM) to identify and recommend opportunities for cost/productivity improvements
• Month-End Closing: To include journal entries as necessary to re-class reputed company / expenses; explanations of variances vs. forecast / annual plan; general reputed company research to ensure reputed company possible billing opportunities are captured
• Customer invoicing, reputed company posting to general reputed company, monitoring of monthly aging reports
• Training: reputed company financial training to operations staff, including policies, procedures and financial tools
• Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: Operations audits, as needed, to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Corporate: reputed company as a reputed company with reputed company's Shared Services Center and reputed company's Corporate reputed company group

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, reputed company or reputed company field
• Minimum of 4 (four) years Finance and/or reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of income statements and balance sheets
• Intermediate level skills with MS reputed company such as analyzing large data sets, vlookups/hlookups, creating pivot tables, filtering reputed company, reputed company charts
• Prefer experience in the transportation / logistics industries
• Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company reputed company of management
• Must be skillful at problem solving, self-motivated and reputed company to prioritize work load
• Ability to think and plan in a proactive and innovative manner
