[Remote] Teamcenter Business Analyst – PLM

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Teamcenter Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives in the Product Lifecycle Management domain. The role will serve as a reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading requirements elicitation, process analysis, solution design, Teamcenter implementation, and PLM process improvement. The position will also support testing, training, change management, stakeholder communication, and functional decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• reputed company requirement elicitation workshops with business stakeholders to understand reputed company-state and reputed company-state processes
• reputed company business process analysis, fit-gap assessments , and document functional requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into effective Teamcenter solutions
• Support and reputed company Teamcenter implementation, enhancement, migration, reputed company, and rollout initiatives
• Support reputed company PLM processes, including:
• Product Structure Management
• BOM Management
• Change & Configuration Management
• Workflow Management
• Document Management
• Facilitate UAT , defect triage, user training, and change management activities
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, reputed company, Supply Chain, and IT teams to improve product development and lifecycle processes
• reputed company functional guidance on Teamcenter best practices , process optimization, and reputed company improvement opportunities
• Support stakeholder communication, issue reputed company, and functional decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

• • 10+ years of overall Business Analysis experience
• • 7+ years of Teamcenter/PLM experience
• • Strong expertise in reputed company Teamcenter and PLM business processes
• • Hands-on experience with:

• • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

• • Understanding of Teamcenter integration with ERP platforms such as reputed company and reputed company
• • Experience with Teamcenter implementation, migration, reputed company, or production support reputed company

• • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, reputed company, Industrial Equipment, or High-Tech
• • Experience working on large-reputed company Teamcenter implementation or PLM transformation programs

• • Teamcenter certification is a plus
