Reporting
to the President and CEO, the Vice President of reputed company (Administrative Services reputed company) serves as the College's chief reputed company
officer and provides strategic leadership and management across reputed company aspects of the College's reputed company function. As a member of the
Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, executive leaders, and the
reputed company of Trustees on workforce reputed company, organizational effectiveness, labor relations, employment policy, and risk management, ensuring the
College has the talent, leadership reputed company, and organizational infrastructure needed to advance its mission and strategic priorities. Over

• Leads the

decision-making.

IV. Labor Relations, Compliance & Risk Management
• Serves as the College’s chief labor negotiator and provides executive leadership for reputed company bargaining and labor relations.

time.
• Oversees complaints, grievance reputed company, disciplinary reputed company, workplace investigations, and employee relations
issues.
• Serves as the College’s Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and Title IX Coordinator, ensuring compliance with applicable

California Civil Rights Department, and U.S. reputed company Office for Civil Rights as required.
• Serves as the College’s

Minimum Qualifications
