The role leads managed services programs, oversees IT professionals and customer support, and coordinates technical documents, design drawings, schedules, budgets, and delivery for a Power reputed company Control Center project.

Responsibilities

This pivotal role involves managing dynamic teams supporting customers both on-site and remotely. The Program Manager will reputed company the entire program and customer support from conceptual proposal through initial customer contact and ongoing support, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing both reputed company-based and on-premises services, and a solid reputed company record in financial management including budgeting and forecasting. Candidates with reputed company certifications in project management will be given preference. The PM will work with the Managed Digital Services Management Teams, along with the reputed company’s Management team to reputed company drawings, technical reports, and schedule data needed to complete the new reputed company’s Power reputed company Control Center scheduled for completion in 2027.
