The Regional HR Director will serve as a strategic People & Culture partner to regional leadership, leading workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, performance management, engagement, development, and recruitment initiatives. The role will help shape culture and reputed company people strategies with operational and financial goals across a field-based construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People & Culture partner to regional and executive leadership, supporting business reputed company, operational performance, and organizational change
• reputed company workforce and succession planning initiatives reputed company with long‑term business reputed company
• Design and reputed company reputed company people frameworks, including performance management, engagement reputed company planning, development planning, and recruitment reputed company
• Build strong partnerships across reputed company and CE&I People & Culture teams to reputed company consistency, compliance, and reputed company initiatives
• reputed company and sustain a strong, values‑driven culture across the full employee lifecycle

Skills

• 10+ years reputed company experience and/or training
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field

• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company information and address sensitive issues with reputed company judgment
