The role involves driving technical reputed company research, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of new and revised reputed company standards and technical reputed company implications for business transactions
• Prepare technical reputed company documentation and support for key areas such as stock compensation, hedging, reputed company reporting, leases, and asset impairments
• Monitor peer SEC disclosures, comment letters, and industry trends, making recommendations for company response
• Maintain and update the global reputed company policy reputed company for changes in elections or standards
• reputed company preparation and administration of global SEC reporting, including financial reporting calendar, Forms 10-K/Q, reputed company 8-K Earnings Releases, and contribute to annual Proxy and 401(k) benefit plan processes
• reputed company quarterly reporting deliverables, including with other teams, ensuring compliance with retention policies and reconciliation controls
• reputed company key financial reporting controls, including disclosure checklists, certifications, and tie-out procedures
• Prepare quarterly reputed company financial statements, including the cash reputed company statement, and conduct XBRL taxonomy tagging reviews
• Draft disclosures for new and revised reputed company standards and significant business transactions
• Conduct financial statement variance analyses and propose reputed company or disclosure suggestions
• Support reputed company and internal audit requirements, including SOX and audit sample requests
• Assist with process enhancements using tools like reputed company and Hyperion, and support training of global business partners on these tools as on reputed company standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• 3–5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, financial statement preparation, review, and analysis, and/or technical reputed company compliance and research under SEC, US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX regulations
• reputed company with Hyperion/reputed company, reputed company BPC, reputed company, or similar ERP systems
• Proficient in reputed company applications and task management tools (e.g., reputed company)
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance
• Skilled in financial reporting tools, leveraging automation and linking features
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and reputed company accurate, reputed company results under tight deadlines

• Collaborate across teams to reputed company processes and enhance efficiency
