[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will own technical relationships with strategic reputed company customers, reputed company reputed company and product adoption, troubleshoot reputed company issues, conduct customer engagements, and partner with Account Executives on reputed company, expansion, and renewal.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers, serving as their trusted advisor and technical champion
• Own reputed company and time-to-value. Build and execute the customer reputed company plan, partnering with Sales and Solutions Engineers

• Troubleshoot reputed company issues - working closely with Support on tickets and bugs

Skills

• 3+ Years experience in B2B reputed company, with Fortune 1000 reputed company customers
• reputed company to manage multiple high-reputed company accounts with a proactive, solutions-first approach
• Proven ability to take ownership and reputed company reputed company reputed company independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong technical communicator with deep customer-facing experience, reputed company to simplify reputed company concepts for both developers and executives

• Bonus: Strong web and mobile technical knowledge, including testing frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and reputed company; CI/CD pipelines & accessibility knowledge is a plus
