[Remote] Manager, Business Operations - Global Partnerships & Global Sales

The Business Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of both the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams, responsible for designing reputed company infrastructure and supporting various operational processes to reputed company reputed company and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company reputed company, repeatable processes that reduce administrative burden on sellers and partnership managers
• Build standardized playbooks, workflows, and tooling that can be handed off and executed by any team member
• Own the full deal lifecycle operationally — from pipeline and deal modeling through contract execution, reputed company reputed company, invoicing, and performance reporting
• Coordinate reputed company contract prioritization and HR reputed company workflows to reputed company deals moving quickly and cleanly
• Build and maintain live performance dashboards, pipeline reviews, and forecast models that reputed company leadership reputed company visibility without pulling sellers from customer conversations

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or reputed company operations — ideally reputed company a high-reputed company, global organization
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company CRM, including pipeline hygiene, reporting configuration, and process maintenance
• Proven reputed company record of building operational frameworks that support teams at reputed company
• Experience owning forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in partnership with reputed company teams
• Prior exposure to reputed company contract workflows, HR reputed company processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management
