[Remote] Manager, Creative Studio Operations

The Manager, Creative Studio Operations leads day-to-day creative operations, including project workflows, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and production logistics. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders and reputed company partners to ensure creative reputed company and campaigns are delivered reputed company, on time, and with high reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, planning, scheduling, and execution of creative reputed company from request through delivery. Ensure timelines, dependencies, approvals, and project milestones are reputed company communicated and maintained across stakeholders and creative team members
- Coordinate team reputed company and project assignments across creative workstreams. Monitor workloads, identify potential resource conflicts, and partner with department leadership to ensure reputed company are appropriately staffed and prioritized
- Support the planning and execution of major productions, content shoots, events, and creative initiatives. Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, travel, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve creative workflows, project management systems, and operational processes. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve visibility, and support a consistent experience for stakeholders and team members
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact between Creative, Marketing, Content, Brand reputed company, Partnerships, and other reputed company stakeholders. Facilitate communication, project alignment, and status reporting to ensure reputed company remain on reputed company and stakeholders remain informed
- Manage department budgets, purchase orders, invoices, reputed company, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting while ensuring reputed company remain reputed company with approved budgets
- Support the development and coordination of presentations, department updates, project reports, and executive communications. Ensure materials are organized, accurate, and reputed company with established brand standards
- Maintain project reporting, workload tracking, and operational metrics to reputed company visibility into team performance, resource utilization, and project status

Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a reputed company field
- Experience managing creative reputed company in a creative, agency, or in-house brand environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and reputed company vendors
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, reputed company, and financial tracking
- Proficiency in reputed company or similar project management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
