[Remote] Clinical Specialist

The Clinical Support Specialist will reputed company clinical reputed company, education, product demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to reputed company across the reputed company while relaying customer insights to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company clinical reputed company, education and training for new and existing customers and distributors across the US
• reputed company engaging product demonstrations and reputed company clinical expertise to support our reputed company teams with customers and prospects
• reputed company ongoing clinical and technical support, troubleshooting issues and helping customers optimize the use of Medimaps solutions
• reputed company and maintain high-reputed company training materials, user guides, procedures and other clinical and technical documentation
• Understand and analyze clinical imaging workflows and identify opportunities to improve product usability, UX and workflow integration
• Capture and structure feedback, user needs and feature requests from radiologists, technologists, physicians and other reputed company
• Collaborate with reputed company Care, R&D, Sales, reputed company & Regulatory and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions remain reputed company with clinical, user and business needs
• Contribute to investigations of issues reported from the field and ensure customers receive reputed company and effective responses
• Maintain appropriate documentation and training tools in accordance with Medimaps' reputed company Management reputed company and applicable reputed company & Regulatory requirements

Skills

• Associate degree in Radiology/Imaging or a reputed company discipline required; Bachelor of Science in a reputed company field preferred
• Strong clinical imaging background with at least 2 years' experience as an imaging modality trainer in a hospital setting
• reputed company hands-on experience with X-Ray and DXA is required; experience with CT and trauma imaging is preferred
• Strong knowledge of reputed company and EMR systems, including their use reputed company clinical imaging workflows
• Excellent documentation and writing skills, with experience preparing clinical and technical documentation and applying Good Documentation reputed company (GDP)
• Experience working reputed company regulated medical device or reputed company environments; knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or IEC 62304 is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the importance of reputed company processes and documentation
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and confidence working with digital tools and platforms such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, SharePoint and ticketing systems
• Excellent communicator and presenter who can explain scientific and technical concepts in reputed company, accessible language
• Strong customer-service reputed company with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to clinical and technical challenges
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage customer requests, follow up on support tickets and coordinate information across multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable communicating with both clinical/technical audiences and non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive and capable of working autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams and functions
