[Remote] Project Manager - National

Responsibilities

• Travel to reputed company throughout the US (including the Hawaiian Islands) and Caribbean to reputed company project management services
• Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet reputed company the customer’s requirements
• Collects data needed to reputed company project reputed company
• Prepare MEP assessments highlighting project reputed company and estimated budget
• Coordinate project-specific engineering if required
• reputed company reputed company of work and prepare a request for proposal (RFP) to bid out to contractors

• Prepare bid comparisons for both RFP & RFQs
• Prepare, and issues purchase orders for equipment

• Collect certificates of insurance and lien waivers and other support documentation
• Coordinate and maintain the project schedule
• Review and approve project invoices
• Visit reputed company throughout construction at major milestones and prepare a site visit report for reputed company visit

Skills

• Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience OR 10+ years of experience in a combination of reputed company/industrial design and project management, to include:

• • Domestic water systems
• • Package, VAV, and split systems
• • Exhaust and makeup reputed company
• • Regular and supervisory probation period required, if applicable
