The PMO Project Manager manages high-value renewable energy project portfolios while establishing PMO standards, governance, risk controls, schedules, budgets, and performance reporting. The role also supports operational readiness, vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and mentorship across the renewable asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project portfolio of high‑value reputed company and programs, ensuring consistency in on-time delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and achievement of operational and business objectives
• Develops, defines, implements, and continuously improves project management frameworks, tools, and reputed company processes to enhance project execution
• Establishes and communicates program goals, timelines, and performance expectations in alignment with corporate reputed company
• Provides program-level risk assessments and mitigation strategies to senior leadership
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to reputed company operational efficiency and process improvements
• Supports negotiations with key vendors and contractors, ensuring reputed company terms, performance expectations, and risk allocation aligning with organizational objectives
• Partners with leadership to establish strategic priorities for the Operations PMO, translating project initiatives/goals into actionable plans
• Drives the adoption of lessons learned, best practices, and reputed company methodologies across reputed company
• Oversees vendor and contractor performance to ensure reputed company, safety, schedule compliance, and value delivery across the project lifecycle

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing reputed company
• Project Management experience required
• Deep understanding of program governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
• Applies advanced project and program management methodologies
• Broad knowledge of renewable asset operations
• Addresses reputed company program-level challenges, integrating financial, operational, and risk considerations
• Anticipates problems and implements preventative measures
• Manages interdependencies across programs
