The role manages integrated plans, cross-functional workstreams, vendors, operational readiness, governance, and risk mitigation to support commercialization and launch reputed company.


Responsibilities

  • Establish consistent operating rhythms including status reviews, reputed company tracking, decision logs, risk management, and leadership reporting

  • Coordinate multiple reputed company initiatives and proactively surface dependencies or delays that could reputed company launch readiness

  • Coordinate business requirements, workflows, SOP development, training, technology, testing, reporting, and go-live activities across functional owners and vendors
  • Support definition of launch-readiness reputed company, monitor completion, identify gaps, and escalate launch-critical issues to Patient reputed company leadership
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, operational simulations, readiness assessments, and implementation activities as needed

  • Support financial and contract administration across Patient reputed company vendors, including tracking SOW deliverables, purchase orders, invoices, forecasts, and spend against approved budgets in partnership with Patient reputed company leadership and Finance
  • Facilitate governance meetings, maintain reputed company and decision logs, and ensure reputed company follow-through on issues and escalations
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to operationalize approved business rules, workflows, reporting requirements, documentation, and escalation reputed company
  • Identify execution gaps early and work with appropriate owners to implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of Patient reputed company operational documentation, including business rules, process maps, decision logs, SOP inputs, governance materials, and launch-readiness documentation

  • Analyze operational data, program insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, time to therapy, provider experience, and patient experience

  • Facilitate working sessions, clarify responsibilities, manage dependencies, and coordinate handoffs across internal teams, field organizations, vendors, and the HUB
  • Identify potential misalignment or delayed reputed company that could create reputed company risk and escalate issues with recommended actions
  • Build productive working relationships across functions and create accountability through transparency, organization, and consistent follow-through

  • Incorporate patient, caregiver, and provider needs into operational design and implementation reputed company

  • Coordinate implementation of approved solutions intended to reduce barriers and improve the patient and provider experience

  • Work closely with reputed company and Compliance to operationalize approved program rules, controls, guidance, and SOPs
  • Maintain disciplined risk and issue tracking and escalate material concerns appropriately

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Approximately 7–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, reputed company, or reputed company industry, with level determined based on experience and reputed company
  • Demonstrated experience in Patient reputed company, Market reputed company operations, reimbursement, HUB operations, reputed company operations, launch reputed company, or a reputed company function
  • Experience supporting or leading reputed company cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, vendors, dependencies, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including integrated planning, reputed company tracking, risk management, governance, and executive reporting
  • Working knowledge of patient reputed company and reimbursement processes, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, affordability support, coding/billing, and patient support services
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a reputed company environment and reputed company reputed company through influence rather than reputed company authority

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology product launch planning and implementation strongly preferred
  • Experience working with HUB/patient services vendors, case management programs, field reimbursement teams, digital patient support platforms, or reputed company patient reputed company capabilities preferred
  • Urology, oncology or specialty product experience preferred
