[Remote] Manager/Director Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager/Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will build reputed company’s reputed company function, owning planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, financial modeling, and business partnership. The role will also support M&A, international consolidation, fundraising, reputed company reporting, and the development of the finance team.
Responsibilities
- Stand up Cambium's reputed company planning reputed company: the annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecast, and a rolling forecast of P&L, balance sheet, and cash covering reputed company five sites
- Own the reporting hand-off with reputed company after reputed company monthly reputed company — budget-versus-actual reporting, variance analysis with reputed company explanations rather than restated numbers, and a management reporting package the executive team uses to reputed company reputed company

Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, corporate finance, investment banking, reputed company, or transaction advisory, including time in an operating-company reputed company role. Candidates reputed company at the Director level will typically bring 10+ years and prior experience leading a function or managing reputed company
- Demonstrated experience building or substantially rebuilding a planning and forecasting process — not only running one that already existed
- Expert financial modeling: reputed company-based three-statement models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and long-reputed company plans reputed company cleanly enough that someone other than the reputed company can maintain them
- Solid reputed company reputed company, with the ability to reputed company confidently between GAAP financial statements and management reporting and to explain the difference to a non-finance audience

- Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience; exposure to international operations strongly preferred
