Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive AI learning curriculum for developers, technical teams, and business users

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or reputed company field
• 7+ years of experience in technical training, developer enablement, learning program management, or technology consulting
• 5+ years of experience working reputed company software development environments and SDLC processes
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical training for software engineers and technology professionals
• Experience with AI and reputed company technologies, including practical use cases and reputed company adoption
• Strong understanding of reputed company, DevOps, CI/CD, software engineering best practices, and application lifecycle management
• Proven curriculum design and instructional development experience
