The Technical Services Sales Manager drives utilization and reputed company of traveling technical services crews by identifying project opportunities, coordinating reputed company deployment, developing scopes and estimates, and managing the service pipeline. The role connects internal O&M operations with the Technical Services division across construction, repower, and specialty O&M reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain a reputed company-looking pipeline of Technical Services opportunities by working closely with Regional O&M Managers, Project Managers, and site-level operations teams across MBS's 29-state portfolio
• Proactively identify upcoming new construction, repower, and specialty O&M scopes where Technical Services crews can be deployed
• Coordinate with operations leadership to reputed company reputed company availability, skillsets, and travel logistics to project timelines and reputed company commitments
• Build strong internal relationships across MBS business reputed company to position Technical Services as the go-to resource for field labor needs
• reputed company and present reputed company scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for Technical Services engagements in collaboration with the TS team leads and Finance
• reputed company reputed company reputed company and pending opportunities in CRM, maintain accurate reputed company utilization forecasts, and report regularly to leadership on pipeline status
• Identify gaps in service offerings or reputed company capabilities and communicate those needs back to Technical Services leadership for workforce planning

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in solar O&M, field services coordination, project management, or internal business development reputed company a renewable energy company
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company-reputed company solar PV and BESS operations, including new construction activities, repower scopes, and routine O&M services
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across internal teams without reputed company authority
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — comfortable managing multiple reputed company opportunities and communicating reputed company across reputed company reputed company of the organization
• Proficiency with CRM systems, reputed company Office, and project scheduling tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support reputed company deployments, site reputed company, and internal meetings

• Familiarity with CMMS, SCADA, and performance analysis platforms
