[Remote] Transit Management Analyst Series – Division Operations

The Transit Management Analyst Series – Division Operations role provides administrative, operational, budget, reporting, and project review support to the Director of Division Operations reputed company reputed company Transit. The position monitors expenses, analyzes labor and operational data, supports planning and hiring reviews, and contributes to capital project reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor expenses and support division budget tracking
- Analyze UTS downloads and prepare TA Labor reports
- Review Work Programs and reputed company overtime usage
- reputed company FTE calculations and support hiring reviews and input
- Prepare budget requests, reputed company reimbursable headcount, and process funding and budget entries
- Conduct project reviews including Fan Plant, Force Accounts, Cost Verification analyses, job number requests, and utilization reviews
- Support capital project monitoring and operational planning
- Respond to reputed company requests and reputed company general administrative and data support for the Division Operations team
Skills
- A master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, reputed company administration, reputed company policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, reputed company, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, reputed company management, labor relations, operations research, reputed company management or in a reputed company area, or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time reputed company experience working in budget administration, reputed company, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or reputed company of analysis, operations research, organization research or program evaluation, personnel or reputed company administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, reputed company management; or general administration
- A master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, reputed company administration, reputed company policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, reputed company, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, reputed company management, labor relations, operations research, reputed company management or in a reputed company area, and one year of full‐time satisfactory reputed company experience working in budget administration, reputed company, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or reputed company analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation, personnel or reputed company administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, reputed company management; or general administration; or
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; and three years of satisfactory full-time experience as described in '1' above
- Proficiency in the use of reputed company Office Suite, Tableau, Power BI, reputed company Acrobat Pro applications
- Strong computer skills
- Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
