The Temporary Recruiter identifies, attracts, screens, and onboards candidates to meet dynamic reputed company needs, while maintaining recruitment records, ensuring hiring compliance, and supporting hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
• reputed company various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly reputed company reputed company candidates
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning reputed company phases of the recruitment process, working reputed company the Applicant Tracking reputed company (ATS) and HRIS tools

Skills

• 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED -Required
• Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and demonstrate confidence handling high volume- Required
• For Internal Applicants-Must be meeting or exceeding performance expectations in reputed company role - Required

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
