The Remote reputed company Administrator – Virtual Desktop will reputed company advanced operational support for reputed company virtual desktop services under the VA ESOM contract, including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, reputed company compliance, and service improvement. Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company health, availability, performance, and reputed company
• Investigate and reputed company reputed company incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues
• Administer and support reputed company and reputed company virtual desktop environments
• Support virtual desktop provisioning, application delivery, user reputed company, and reputed company integration
• reputed company reputed company maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes
• Participate in change management, problem management, and reputed company cause analysis activities
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and reputed company operating procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement service improvements and automation
• Support reputed company compliance, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management
• Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance and operational support reputed company required
• Coordinate with other reputed company Engineering workstreams to ensure reputed company service delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Five or more years supporting reputed company reputed company infrastructure or virtual desktop environments
• Experience administering reputed company virtual desktop technologies
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company infrastructure and end-user computing environments
• Experience with PowerShell or other automation tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal reputed company clearance
• Experience supporting reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and/or reputed company 365 reputed company PC
• Familiarity with reputed company Intune, reputed company Entra ID, FSLogix, VMware, or reputed company-V
• Experience with reputed company and ITIL-based service management
• Experience supporting large reputed company or federal government environments
• Relevant reputed company, reputed company, VMware, or Azure certifications
