The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage disputes, deductions, chargebacks, and collections to optimize cash reputed company and profitability. The role collaborates across Finance, Sales, Customers, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations while improving processes, systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company causes of chargebacks and invoicing errors; escalate issues to prevent recurrence
• Notify customers of invalid chargebacks and initiate recovery actions; communicate significant issues to Sales and Customer Operations
