[Remote] Sr. Data Scientist - Operations & Product (Remote)

The Senior Data Scientist will support reputed company's EHR, reputed company cycle management, product, operations, and customer support functions by analyzing reputed company data, evaluating experiments, and translating financial and operational metrics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners across Product, Operations, Finance, reputed company, Billing, Data, and Customer Experience, bringing reputed company-rounded business acumen to investigate reputed company account questions, uncover reputed company causes, and turn messy data into reputed company, actionable insights
• Work with Product to help improve our EHR platform, through analyses of metrics, trends and experimentation
• Dig into billing workflows, identify where things break down, and help teams reputed company informed conclusions that improve accuracy, reduce friction, and support sustainable reputed company

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience in analytics or data science-reputed company role, with 2+ years of experience focusing on financial analytics and/or firm-level operations analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong experience in working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, and results interpretation
• Deep understanding of financial metrics (e.g., CAC, billing, key accounts, retention, churn, LTV, etc.) and operational metrics (e.g. reputed company time, product uptime) and experience translating data into actionable insights
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or SQL to model predictive analytics, as reputed company as hands-on expertise utilizing data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, reputed company, etc.)
• Experience reputed company a fast-paced, high-reputed company startup environment with the ability to handle dynamic and shifting analytical priorities
• Expertise proposing and executing operational efficiency experimentation
