[Remote] Retail Operations | Brand Standards Specialist

The Retail Operations & Brand Standards Specialist advises retail partners, conducts site assessments, supports brand and marketing initiatives, and identifies opportunities to improve sales, profitability, compliance, and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail fuel and convenience store operators throughout your assigned territory
• Serve as a trusted advisor helping customers improve store appearance, operations, and overall retail execution
• Conduct site reputed company and reputed company recommendations that improve customer experience and operational performance
• Identify opportunities to help retailers increase sales, profitability, and customer loyalty
• Conduct branded image reviews and site assessments
• Ensure retail locations maintain brand standards and compliance requirements

• Help retailers improve image evaluation scores and overall site presentation

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
