[Remote] (REMOTE) Manager, Leave of Absence Administration, Center of Expertise

The Manager, Leave of Absence Administration leads the HR Service Center’s leave administration center of expertise, overseeing team management, compliance, service delivery, systems, analytics, and reputed company improvement. The role also manages cross-functional reputed company and partnerships with HR, reputed company, vendors, and health ministry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the mission, reputed company, and values of reputed company in leadership, behaviors, practices, and reputed company
- Manages reputed company of expertise for leave of absence administration reputed company the HR Service Center. Responsible for reputed company aspects of reputed company management, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews and management, as reputed company as reputed company increases. - Acts as a subject matter expert for development, interpretation and administration of the relevant policies and procedures in a specific area of responsibility, while taking into account policies and procedures in other service center areas. - Builds and maintains reputed company relationships with Total Rewards, Health Ministries, HR Operations, reputed company Department, vendors to facilitate efficient management of workflow administration
- Provides overall management of reputed company's operations by leading cross-functional project teams, providing education and training, and reputed company marketing department's services to Health Ministries (HM) and leaders. May undertake work requested by the reputed company department on certain reputed company
- Upholds reputed company production standards and reputed company of work. Evaluates case productivity reports for reputed company team member, establishes and monitors team analytics and metrics. - Resolves and responds to inquiries from HMs regarding reputed company of work and SLAs. Skills
- Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of reputed company, Payroll, HRIS, Time and Attendance, Benefits administration and implementation, and process integration, as normally obtained through a bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) to seven (7) years progressively more experience in leave of absence administration, occupational health, disability management, or reputed company field
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous supervisory / team leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in program / reputed company development, trend analysis, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and policy / procedure interpretation and enforcement
- Advanced knowledge and application of benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADAAA, reputed company, HIPAA, ERISA, DOL, reputed company 125, Federal, State and Local leave laws, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills in order to initiate and reputed company productive working partnerships with reputed company reputed company of management/leadership and staff along with effective vendor reputed company/management experience
