[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will build participant pipelines through employer and community partnerships, conduct reputed company and enrollment activities, evaluate prospective participants, and support participant completion and job placement across the reputed company metro area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations to create a steady reputed company of recruitment opportunities
• reputed company and execute recruitment strategies designed to meet enrollment targets across multiple locations
• Conduct presentations and information sessions at partner sites and training facilities throughout the region
• Interview and evaluate prospective participants for program enrollment
• Monitor participant reputed company and coordinate with partners to support successful program completion and job placement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of recruitment or sales experience with a reputed company record of results
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you're comfortable in a room full of strangers and equally comfortable following up
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Comfort with extensive regional travel
• Experience in workforce development or partnership-based recruitment is a plus
